SCOPE OF SERVICES- Hotel Projects

- Sourcing suitable operator/partner/buyer/developer/seller/Lessor/Lessee and/or any other party as required for the project/opportunity.
- Collation of all required data inputs pertaining the project so as to facilitate the due diligence process (if required).
- Coordinate discussions / negotiations with Company and the operator/partner/buyer/developer/seller/Lessor/Lessee and/or any other party as the case may be.
- Coordinate for site visits in relation to the project
- Preparing and circulating a term sheet for the proposed alliance between the parties.
- Signing of Memorandum of Understanding/1st Definitive Agreement
- Liability: Success of assignments depend on a variety of external factors such as market conditions in the required sector, regulatory trends in the Indian market and other factors beyond the control of the Operator-
- As Consultants we use reasonable endeavours while rendering our services for the work, we ensure in every way a transaction happen in the defined period.
- As Consultant we provide due diligence to ascertain property title and all legal aspects in respect of the subject matter of the work as and when required by the parties.
